Q: Are all prices inclusive of 22% VAT?
A: Each price of each item on our website is inclusive of 22% VAT.

Q: How to order the article I am interested in?
A: The item can be ordered in the following ways:

1) You can click on the button “REQUEST A QUOTE” which can be found inside the product data sheet of the chosen product.
The article will be inserted in a personal “QUOTE REEPILOGUE” form in which it is possible to change the quantity, add new articles with the “RETURN TO CATALOGUE” key, or remove already inserted articles.
To complete the request for the article, click on the “COMPLETE QUOTE” button.
On the next page you will be asked for some data and if you are interested in the transport of the requested item(s). Finally, by clicking on the “SEND QUOTE REQUEST” button, an e-mail will be automatically sent to our e-mail address.
As soon as we receive your e-mail, it will be the responsibility of our staff to proceed to request estimates for transport. Once we have defined the shipping costs, we will send you a summary estimate of the total of the goods and the shipping costs (plus any transport insurance on request.)

2) Or you can send us an email with a request for the abovementioned article to and give confirmation.

3) Or You can send us a fax with request of the abovementioned article to 055-8078504 and give confirmation.

4) Or You can call +39 055-8078504 where our staff will answer ready to take note and consequently to block the object that interests you, so that it is not sold to other customers on the days of intermediation.

Q: How to ship?
A: Shipping worldwide, by express courier or road haulage.

For transport near our area (Provinces of Siena and Florence) we can provide autonomously with our own means, assessing costs and delivery times.

For shipments through other hauliers, once we know the confirmed material and the precise destination, we will personally request a quote including the packaging of the goods, of which you will be made aware as soon as the haulage company has informed us of costs and delivery times. Upon your request, we can include in the quote the insurance of the goods for transport. Attached you will find a summary of the costs of material, packaging, any insurance and transport with the Total.
Once we have received confirmation of the goods ordered and verified the payment, we will promptly start shipping.
